Questions organizers ask

Short answers. Contact sales for anything else.

  • A percentage of the order value plus a fixed amount per paid ticket. Starter has no yearly fee; the commitment plans add a yearly fee and lower the rate per ticket. Payment processing is charged separately by your payment provider.

  • No. You pay the 7am fee per paid ticket, the yearly fee of your plan if it has one, and your payment provider's processing fee. Usage fees for apps such as seat maps and door sales are listed on this page.

  • Yes. By default the fees are added at checkout and you receive the full ticket price. You can also absorb the fees, so buyers pay only the ticket price and the fees come out of your payout.

  • You can publish free events without adding a payment method, unless the event uses a seat map. There is no percentage fee on a free ticket.

  • In New Zealand: 15% GST is added to the 7am fee. Fees quoted GST-exclusive. Payment processing fees follow your provider's rules.

  • Ticket money goes to your own payment provider account, not to 7am. Your provider pays out on its own schedule.

  • It depends on your country. In New Zealand: Stripe (cards).

  • You refund card orders from the panel and the buyer is notified by email. How fees are treated on a refund is stated in your plan terms.

  • There is no setup fee. Starter has no yearly fee and no fixed term. The commitment plans renew yearly.

  • Contact sales for custom pricing, dedicated infrastructure and support.

Large events

Built for the on-sale

Festivals and venues run on a different set of numbers. We price those per event.

  • Volume rates below the published ladder

Past a certain number of tickets the rate stops following the ladder on this page and is agreed per event.

  • Dedicated infrastructure for the on-sale peak

Your on-sale runs on capacity reserved for it, so the first minute is the same as the tenth.

  • Access control and box office on site

Scanning at the gate and selling at the door run from the same event, with or without a connection.
